Plausible Analytics is a lightweight, open-source alternative to Google Analytics. Its single-page dashboard presents essential website metrics without requiring analytics training or custom reports. It provides real-time traffic updates, automatic scroll-depth tracking, bot filtering, codeless goals, custom events, revenue tracking, funnels, and user-journey analysis. Users can monitor referrals from AI tools, connect Google Search Console for SEO analysis, measure UTM campaigns, and import historical Google Analytics statistics. Consolidated views support monitoring multiple sites. Plausible does not use cookies, persistent identifiers, or cross-site or cross-device tracking. It is made and hosted in the EU on European-owned infrastructure and can also be self-hosted.
