About Snipaste
Snipaste is a desktop snipping and image-pinning tool. Press F1 to capture an area and F3 to paste it back onto the screen as a floating window. It can also turn clipboard images, text, HTML text, color information, and image files into floating windows. Features include UI element detection, pixel-level control, a color picker, capture history, multi-screen and HiDPI support, annotation tools, zoom, rotation, flipping, transparency, click-through windows, grouping, and automatic backup and restore.
