The prompt
Plan my week.
Tasks (with any deadlines and estimates I have):
{{tasks}}
Fixed commitments and available hours:
{{calendar}}
What matters most this week:
{{priorities}}
1. Add up my available focus hours and the estimated hours of the tasks. Where a task has no estimate, give one and mark it as yours.
2. If it does not fit, say by how much, and propose what to cut, shrink, delegate or move to next week, with the reason for each.
3. A day-by-day plan with time blocks, putting deadline work and deep work where my calendar has long free stretches, and leaving some slack each day.
4. The tasks I should not touch this week.
5. One or two things to settle with someone else early in the week (a deadline to renegotiate, a decision I need).
Keep deadlines and fixed commitments exactly as I gave them; do not add deadlines I did not give.How to use it
List tasks with deadlines and rough estimates, your meetings and working hours, and what matters most. Re-plan midweek if things move.
Example
- tasks

- calendar
- I work Mon–Fri 9–5. Calls: Mon 10–11, Tue 2–3:30, Wed 9–10 and 4–5, Thu 11–12. Friday afternoon off for a family event.
- priorities
- Client A deadline is the big one; I also need the Client C work for next month's income.
