Formbricks is an open-source experience management suite designed to gather feedback across websites, web and mobile applications, and emails. The platform supports link-based surveys, in-product surveys, attribute-based respondent segmentation, and multi-question forms with conditional logic. Organizations can use Formbricks via a GDPR-compliant cloud service hosted in Frankfurt or self-host the stack on a single server or Kubernetes using Docker or Helm charts. It provides API access, webhooks, and integrations to route response data to external destinations.
